<p>Nursing services have an important role in improving the quality of health services. The research design used in this study is a descriptive design with a cross sectional approach. The sample provisions were carried out by total sampling technique with a sample of 45 respondents. The data analysis used in this study was the statistical analysis of the T-test. The results showed that there was an influence between the management function of the head of the room on the completeness of the documentation of nurses in the inpatient room (p-value 0,001) <0,05. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence between the management function of the head of the room on the completeness of the documentation of nurses. It is expected to improve the management function of the head of the room by attending training or seminars on work productivity and evaluating the completeness of nursing documentation on a regular basis.</p>Ching-Hui ChanShu Ju

<p>Laboratories are among the units most vulnerable to work-related accidents and occupational diseases. Despite this, adherence to the use of PPE (personal protective equipment ) in laboratories remains very low. This study aims to investigate the factors influencing PPE "Adherence to regulations among laboratory personnel" in Palopo City in 2024. “A quantitative research method with an observational approach was used, and chi-square statistical analysis was employed to assess the relationships”.The study population consisted of all laboratory personnel in Palopo City, including staff from two government hospitals and two private hospitals, totaling 50 respondents.Data were gathered via interviews and observations, and then analyzed with SPSS 26 for Windows.. The findings indicated no significant relationship between training and PPE compliance (p value = 0.729). “However, a significant relationship was found between PPE compliance and several factors: length of service (p~value = 0.025), facilities and infrastructure (p~value = 0.008), and institutional policies (p~value = 0.026)”. Based on these results, it is recommended to conduct training and workshops on PPE usage, increase socialization efforts regarding PPE, and provide recognition for those who adhere to PPE protocols.</p>Paula TevriMuh. The age of toddlers ranges from 1 to 5 years, this age is exceptionally critical for a child's development and improvement so it is called the golden age. The most frequent nutritional problem s malnutrtion. Young children who experience malnutrition from of 2-5 years old for a long period of time wiil exxperience a thin body and experience problems whit the growth and brain tissue, which can affect the level ofbrain intelligence. The general aim of preparing this report is to conduct a case study regarding giving green bean porridge andboiled eggs to malnourished toddlers aged 2-5 years to gain weight. The method used was to 5 undernourished In Rakit 1 health center i, infants aged 2-5 years are observed for 10 days. providing green bean porridge and boiled eggs. This case study was carried out through interviews and providing eating observation A document designed to measure the weight of children who are undernourished.The outcomes of the program. green bean porridge and boiled eggs, there were 4 small children who experienced improvement body wight , 1 did not experince an increase in body wight. <p>A total of 36 cases of traffic accidents occurred in January 2024, while in February there were 25 cases of accidents in Gorontalo Regency. Initial data indicates that many people are still unaware of how to provide first aid in the event of an accident. To address this, the development of an Android-based first aid education application has been implemented, offering significant benefitsto Android smartphone clients in getting data on to begin with help measures during accidents.The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of the Easy Service Emergency call center application on the knowledge of emergency first aid among the residents of Modelomo Village. This study uses a pre-experimental research design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. This study was conducted in Modelomo Village, Tiamuta District, Gorontalo Regency. The research was conducted from February to March 2024. The targeted outcome of this research is to demonstrate the utilization of the Easy Service Emergency call center application in improving the community's knowledge of emergency first aid in Modelomo Village, thereby potentially reducing the incidence and impact of traffic accidents at an early stage.</p>Zulkifli B PomalangoNirwanto K Rahim

<p>Efforts to create a prosperous society and create a quality family include controlling the number of births, regulating, spacing or limiting pregnancies by participating in a family planning program. This research method uses a survey with a cross-sectional study method with a sample size of 64 respondents, then a literature review is carried out then continued with planning and data collection. This tear occurs in almost all primiparas. Healing of laceration wounds is by implementing vulva hygiene and consuming chicken eggs. Birth data at the Susukan 1 Banjarnegara CommunityHealth Center, the number of births was 11 mothers gave birth and 6 of them received perineal lacerations, grade 2 lacerations, mothers complained of pain in the perineal area causing difficulties. defecation (defecation), fear of mobilization, and lack of knowledge which believes that culture is hereditary due to the myth of taboos for postpartum mothers who are not allowed to eat fishy food such as eggs. This method uses a subsidence scale instrument and a knowledge questionnaire, the number of respondents used is 5 respondents whoexperienced grade II perineal lacerations at the Susukan 1 Banjarnegara Community Health Center. The average perineal laceration of postpartum mothers was grade II as many as 5 respondents and the age of the five respondents was 20-33 years with the previous average condition of the woundas seen by the reeda score being 3, experiencing increased wound healing after the application of vulva hygiene and consumption of chicken eggs for 5 consecutive days became a score of 0 with an average decrease of 2.4 and the knowledge of the five respondents increased to good after the application of vulva hygiene and consumption of chicken eggs. <p>The standard of nursing care given to patients reflects good performance, which is supported by the high competence of nurses in executing their duties .This study aims to identify the factors influencing nurse performance at Mega Buana Hospital in Palopo City. “Utilizing a quantitative approach with a cross - sectional studydesign , theresearch encompassed all nurses working at Mega Buana Hospital, with a sample size of 80 nurses selected through total sampling” . Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate methods, employing the Chi -Square Test for statistical analysis. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between attitude and nurse performance at Mega Buana Hospital Palopo (p value = 0.012), there was a relationship between skills and nurse performance at Mega Buana Hospital Palopo (p value = 0.001), there was a relationship between compensation and nurse performance at Mega Buana Hospital Palopo (p value = 0.002), and there was a relationship between workload and nurse performance at Mega Buana Hospital Palopo (p value = 0.001).It is recommended that the hospital regularly provides training and guidance to nurses to enhance their skills in delivering nursing care services.”</p>Wahyuddin WahyuddinMuh IlyasSudirman SaenuddinZamli Zamli

<p>Fulfillment of patients' spiritual needs is crucial in the nursing care process. Therefore, nurses, as the front line in providing nursing care, need to perform care holistically, including biological, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of patients. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors related to the fulfillment of patients' spiritual needs in the critical care unit of Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar. The method used is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study is 63 respondents, consisting of 56 samples, using a cluster random sampling technique. The results of the study, using the Spearman rho test, obtained a p-value of 0.014, which means that the better the service support, the better the fulfillment of patients' spiritual needs in the hospital. To ensure the fulfillment of patients' spiritual needs, service support must be improved. <p style="font-weight: 400;">Mental health shows self-ability in managing feeling anf overcoming difficulties in daily life. Factors causing mental disorder during teenager life are exposure to difficulties, stress of self adjustment with friends of the same age, exploration of identity. This study aimed at investigating an overview of teenager's mental health at SMP N 3 Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency. This study applied descriptive method. Population were all students of SMP N 3 Kabila amunted to 127. Samples were determined using simple random sampling, hence, it obtained 96 respondents. Technique of data collection was strenght and difficulties questionnaires (SDQ). Findings revealed that most of the students had normal mental health and only some of students had borderline mental health. <p>Having a healthy toilet is basic sanitation that must be had in all househodsl. This research aims to determine the factors related to the ownership of healthy latrines. This research uses quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The sample in this research A total of 87 samples were obtained using a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between the level of community knowledge and ownership of healthy latrines in Drien Kipah Village, Southwest Aceh Regency. <p>Stress in a person is an unavoidable condition in life. Stress in everyone is generally similar but has an impact. Smoking behavior is defined as the act of burning tobacco products or inhaling vapor from liquids containing nicotine into the lungs. This research was conducted to determine the relationship between stress levels and smoking behavior in adolescents. The type of research carried out in this study used quantitative data, using a random sampling method using a cross sectional study, while for analysis used univariate bivariate analysis and the chi-square statistical test. The sample in this study consisted of 102 students in classes X and XI. The results of the research obtained data in the form of respondents with a stress level of no stress totaling 27 respondents, a moderate stress level totaling 44 respondents, and a mild stress level totaling 31 respondents. Meanwhile, the next distribution showed that 68 respondents were heavy smokers, 19 respondents were light smokers and 15 others were moderate smokers. The results of the chi-square statistical test obtained a p value of 0.045. <p>The implementation of the food hygiene and sanitation supervision and coaching program is a requirement for quality standards for health, safety and the feasibility of the place of management that must be carried out by every restaurant business actor. The purpose of the research is to find out how effective the implementation of the sanitation supervision and coaching program in restaurants. The research method uses qualitative research, data is obtained from the results of observation and in-depth interviews. The number of informants was eight. The research was carried out from January to February 2024. The resultsof the study show that the supervision and guidance program for restaurant hygiene and sanitation in the Southwest Aceh Health Office Work Area is carried out by a team in the Environmental Health Sector. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of the program are the unavailability of human resources, lack of budget, lack of infrastructure, implementation methods only using questionnaires, implementation strategies have not shown the success rate of restaurant businesses to obtain HSP worthiness certificates and there are no local government policies regulating intensive supervision and coaching.
